Pontis establishes US office in Wisconsin

Pontis has expanded its global presence by opening local operations in the US.
As the U.S. composites market is a growth market with a strong need for technical innovations where cost advantages can be achieved, Pontis was very keen on establishing a local presence to optimally benefit from the business opportunities.

General Manager of Pontis USA is Nicholas Althoff. Nick is a senior engineer with a strong track record in both wind energy and composites, gained by General Electric Energy and TPI Composites. Nick joined Pontis earlier this year. Besides thorough knowledge of the US composites market, he has extensive international experience and a vast network.

The first projects of Pontis USA are already started in the fields of blade manufacturing and renewables.
Pontis Engineering has its headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and local operations in China (Pontis China), USA (Pontis Americas Inc.) and Rouveen, the Netherlands (Pontis Netherlands).
